This item is a scam. In my testing, these glasses reduced blue light by up to 5%, which isn't even noticeable. I was hoping they would be legal as they included a "Blue Light" test card. And if you use a card without knowing the truth behind it, they seem to work. But the thing is, it's not a reactive blue light card. This is a UV reactive card. If the blue light itself shows up on the map, it doesn't do anything. What they contain for testing is ultraviolet light with a blue tint. The glasses block UV rays, which most polycarbonate lenses do by nature, giving the impression that the glasses are blocking blue light. But that's not the case. Blue light goes through with no problems. UV protection can be achieved with any clear polycarbonate lens. This means that these glasses are practically useless for what they are sold for.
