I like how easy it was for me as an engineer (not customer service) rep to get up-to speed with all of my colleagues in different offices! This is great because if one office needs help from another area we would not have so much trouble communicating quickly about what's going wrong or getting things done together efficiently. The system does run slow at times but this can only happen when you are using too many applications/sites simultaneously which isn't often since most people don’t use more than 3 sites during their work day anyway. We've been able solve problems faster by being connected through AMS rather then having someone go down into each site individually trying to figure out why something doesn't seem right or working properly.
