Review on Work-Order by Terrance Singletary

I like that this tool allows me create an order in one click instead of having several steps with different modules for creating or editing orders which sometimes give you errors; it has helped us many times because we are using some 3rd party products whose integration requires some time (we're not working directly) so if there was something more intuitively organized than "this module opens then another" maybe could be better but overall all good! We use WO very often since they provide integrations between systems without any additional cost unlike other tools where your third parties have their own licenses and charges depending what product do and how much data share among them. The ability to create multiple versions with different features.The ability to create reports for various clients. The ability to have an easy interface to use. I dislike the fact that it takes too much time to make changes in the report. It would be nice if you could edit the report without having to save it first. This software has allowed us to create many different types of reports. It also allows us to change things easily. We can now see all our reports at one place.
