DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!

Bought this product based on reviews on Revain to fix a small chip (the size of a coin) on the windshield. I followed the instructions 100% and first of all it didn't help not fixing anything and now 1 hour later when I went out to drive the car and tried to fix it it had a big crack so it had to be repaired went from a coin sized chip to a 10-12 inch crack, can you explain to me how this is possible? This is just a junk product, now I have to spend hundreds of dollars to replace the glass. I had to give this product 1 star because I have no choice but this product doesn't even deserve it.
