Review on Rolls FoodVacBags Commercial Vacuum Sealer by Christina Waltemeyer

These FoodVacBags 4 mil commercial vacuum bags didn't work for me. They are flimsy compared to other bags I've tried and didn't allow for all the air to be evacuated to create an adequate vacuum bag. While they're good for sous vide cooking or storing non-food items like screws or craft and hobby items, I don't recommend them for storing food because waffles don't have chambers that allow for the proper expulsion of air allow from bags . At first I thought the problem might be with my FoodSaver FM 5000 vacuum sealer, but it works great with other vacuum sealers. So yes, they can be used for food, but there are similarly priced vacuum rollers that do a better job.
