The ability of being able to create multiple question types that can be used in various surveys is great! I like how you are also given options as far as pricing goes (free or paid). It's not always obvious which one will work best with your current business model/budget so having those choices available helps out quite nicely when building an initial survey plan. There isn't anything about this tool itself but rather just their support team who have been very helpful throughout our trial period thusfar!! We've found ways around some issues we were running into during setup by contacting them via chat instead - no need to wait days while they respond through email only after hours had passed!
