Absolutely gobbles up batteries
An extremely nice gift for the price but my goodness it drains the batteries quickly. It doesn't just turn off when the batteries run out. It slowly disappears until the light goes out. It kind of goes with the whole rose design, but it's a bit awkward IMO. I'd rather turn it on and off when it's done. Given how quickly the batteries drain, it's a shame it doesn't have a wired design.
