This was a gift and I’m glad I opened and checked it , it came in a large box with no packing foam so it was opened and sitting in the box all out . as well as it was missing card and ribbon, other than that it was nice until I saw it still had hot glue residue on it and a dent in it witch was painted over . and then it had a decent sized scratch on the edge of it. super disappointed in this product.

The box hadn't been opened once shipped from Revain, but the ribbon was not around the box, looked dirty as well as the gift box. Was concerned there was damage, but it appears to be fine.

I bought this product for my little girl. When it arrived I noticed the box was slightly damaged, but the contents looked fine. Later, I found the music box wasn't working and contacted the email address listed for service. Long story short I was sent a replacement which I got a few days later. Couldn't be happier with the top notch customer care department!

I bought this as a birthday gift for my friend and she loves it she likes the colors that the clear rose gives off the music box is kool but the only thing I had a problem with was the battery in the remote was dead somehow and she also likes how it’s rechargeable this product is a good buy if you are giving it to a love one for any kind of occasion

It is beautiful and works well but doesn't play the right song, it said it played "you are my sunshine" I have no idea what song this is though.

Don't understand what the song is but nothing they said it was and takes forever to charge and doesn't last long but still beautiful

Remote works only from above the item. The led string light was just thrown in it. It’s just spiral wire in the middle of it. Basically I don’t think it worth $30

This product is really beautiful. Perfect decoration for date night or even a night light for your child! Plays beautiful calming music and it is absolutely stunning to look at. Reminds me a lot of the rose from Beauty and the Beast. Beautiful house decor. Wonderful housewarming gift!

It is a very beautiful item. Everything about it is wonderful, except note that the center rose does not light up like it seems in the item video. Unless it is suppose to and mine does not. The rose in the middle lighting up was the main reason I had bought this item and it does not do that. :(

Be aware that the remote control receiver ( like a TV receiver is in the line of sight ) is buried in the base, therefore, if you don’t have a background to diffuse the InfraRed beam back into the glass dome and into the buried receiver . it may act as it (RC) does not work . so the easier way is to look where the sensor is at and aim the RC towards it . like 35 deg ( round circle ⭕️ and you are able to see the photoelectric sensor receiver)Is it worth the purchaseYes , she liked itemail to…
