Photos show some of the many surface defects. The rod itself appears straight and regular within the specified tolerance, but the nicks and scratches on the surface make it unsuitable for my application. You can hear clicks and feel nicks as the stem bearings move up and down. The bars look nothing like the ones in the seller's pictures and appear to be nothing more than a cut piece of steel. One bar even had burrs on the end where the saw didn't go all the way through. If I had paid for them I would have sent them back, but I got them as a free trial sample through the Vine program. You have been appreciated. They failed. Big time. A star. And that is generosity.
