This is by far the best replacement strap for my Fitbit Ionic that I have tried. I bought three others before and none of them worked. This does the job perfectly! So far the group is doing well. It is soft on my wrist and the other clasp works very well. I asked the manufacturer to develop other colors ie purple and red. Then I would definitely order more straps. I have to add that the company made a small mistake and sent me the large strap I ordered in an envelope that said 'small' on it. During correspondence, I was sent a small replacement strap, which also fits perfectly. They didn't ask me to return the ones I'm already wearing. To me that is fantastic customer service. I will definitely order from this company again.
