Review on 🌀 NOXARTE 48 Inch Cage Ceiling Fan with Light Remote Control: Industrial Chandelier Fan for Dining Room & Farmhouse with Reverse Blades by Alexa Gay

Bought this fan in November 2020 and it's not working properly. The light doesn't go off and it just plays the sensor noise when you press the off button on the controller, but the light stays on. The fan doesn't even recognize the control signal from the controller and won't turn on. Replaced several battery packs in the controller (number on the scan bar 801289). I am asking for help here as this block should work as it is not overloaded and has only been installed for about 6 months. I sent an email to the private address homechandelier@qq.com a few days ago and no one replied. This is the type of company that Revain partners with to sell you a product and less than a year later the product has failed and they have not responded to your request, poor choice for Revane and me. Please point out what I need to do here. Thanks B Wilson
