Good material and colour, wish it had a zipper
This skirt is very pretty and fits well dressed but a person with hips and a small waist would be annoyed by the lack of a zipper! Zip-free skirts with little elastic at the cuffs are a little disappointing. I've gotten small and I'm 5'4 120 lbs (I don't think going up would be a solution either). BUT the color is very nice and looks nice, the material feels high quality.
