I was very skeptical based on reviews saying it doesn't moisturize and doesn't cause hair fall. I figured if I buy it and I don't like it, at least I can return it. In terms of hydration and being able to brush your hair after you shower, I think the shampoo and conditioner work really well. I had no problems at all. There is no tingling even when applied and sitting on the head. They have a very ethereal scent. In the last two weeks of use I've also noticed that my hair isn't falling out like it used to be compared to other things I use when washing my hair. I've seen a strand or two come out with each use. I can't tell if it grows my hair because I think it's too early to tell. But it appears to be a quality shampoo/conditioner for "everyday" use. It won't be so moisturizing that it won't wash off and leave a greasy shine.
