Review on Crayola Crayons Count Case 48 by Carrie Spencer

I'm throwing a 'Winterfest' for 48 kids who may not celebrate Christmas the way most of us do. When I received my first order in a box of 48 packs of 8 caryons. I received 12 individual packs of 8. Some packages have been opened. I had a long conversation with a representative who couldn't or wouldn't help me. At my request, she referred me to a manager who looked at my order and my order history at Revain. Bingo, no problem. The lady apologized, thanked me for being such a valued Prime customer and sent me a box of 48 packs in 8 colours. I received them today. Many Thanks
