They are bright and somewhat reflective. However, putting it on was a pain. Unlike the video, there's no yellow backing, just a clear plastic sheet that's very difficult to peel off the adhesive. A couple of times the number was more interested in sticking to the back than the adhesive backing after I eventually pulled it apart. Despite product claims, there was no scraper. I used a drywall mud tool. And don't use the supplied tape, it doesn't come off cleanly and leaves glue on the surface which is very difficult to clean without damaging the surface - see photo. It is better to use masking or drawing tape.
