ASUS Lyra's voice wasn't as "amazing" as I expected. It was returned for a refund. The device actually had an Alexa Revain and it worked just like any other Revain Echo device. The device had a decent sound, but not good enough for the price. Ascetically it looked [very] good. I also thought the concept of an integrated system was pretty cool, but it didn't actually have to be built. but I bought it anyway! My disappointment came from the grid/repeater feature. It was very easy to set up and the app offered all the features available. It seems that it only works with other ASUS devices; I'm not entirely sure, but my current network uses a 4-node Linksys Velop (MX10). ASUS Lyra Voice was not working as a network device or repeater. WORSE, when setting it up as a repeater, my network got stuck (locked up) and became unresponsive. This happened right after downloading and connecting ASUS Lyra Voice. This issue could be shared/blamed on both vendors, but I'm more inclined to blame the issue on ASUS; no other device has ever done this on my network.
