Bought a new headset with ModMic 5.0. I was having EMI issues when plugged into my computer's 3.5mm jack and the front I/O ports weren't working for some reason. I did a quick search and went to the Antlion website where they told me to try the USB DAC which they had a handy link to. It arrived and installation was extremely easy thanks to its plug and play capability; Just check the default audio settings on your computer. As the title suggests, this immediately fixed the EMI issue I was having. The only other thing to watch out for is to make sure the mic is plugged in tightly as it didn't pick up my mic when I first installed the DAC. Again, I have a ModMic 5.0 so other mics may not have this issue.
