Review on Makita DC18RD Lithium Ion Optimum Charger by Mario Portillo

This charger is awesome! I have a charger, a double and this one. I have a lot of batteries as I use them all the time and have invested heavily in the Makita 18v line. At the end of the day when I leave in the morning I take all my batteries out of the chargers and put in another set of batteries. I carry a dual charger with me and take it to work, but keep it as mine. now installed on the wall of my shop. This is great for leaving batteries behind when you're not in a hurry to charge them. There are several reviews saying it should charge faster and do all four things at once. I believe that while expensive, additional batteries (especially those with higher AH) are necessary to actually work with these tools. Let the dead attack as long as you have additional tools at your disposal. I highly recommend this charger.
