Review on Wicked Cushions Upgraded Replacement Ear Pads for Bose QC15 Headphones - Superior Comfort - Compatible with QC25 / QC2 / AE2 / AE2i / AE2W - Extra Durability, Black by Katherine Peterson

I've had a pair of Bose QC25 running shoes for a few years and use them a lot in the gym. The left cushion was starting to split, so I did a little research and was about to buy OEM replacement cushions from Bose when I saw the Wicked Cushions brand - about $10 cheaper - and ordered them from Revain. They arrived as promised and were literally a no-brainer to replace. Before installing I highly recommend that you watch the short video tutorial that WC provides via the link (will be emailed to me - be careful!). The removal of old pads and the installation of new pads is simplified. I'm not sure if this is mentioned, but once you've removed the inner pad (marked L and R on the originals) you should clean the exposed inside of the headphones before inserting new pads (I used rubbing alcohol with a cotton swab used). Then everything is as described in the video. Only takes a few minutes. The quality seems to be as good as the OEM (maybe the cushion is a little thinner but it's hard to tell as my old ones were badly worn). The only difference is that the inner pads are not labeled R and L, but I think if you need to replace the pads you should know which ear is which. Great product!
