Good value for money, I recommend it.

I use this lens and, in principle, the materials are reliable, its main advantage is aperture, The focal length of 35mm, in my opinion, is well suited for artistic or portrait photography (taking into account the crop factor) the aperture forms a round hole, so that with a blurry background (bokeh), the blur is deep and soft,

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

I don’ ) But I can’t resist! Bravo Sigma! I set myself up to buy 35 and I still wanted to collect the "golden three" . ) I honestly thought that after 135L and 85 having shoveled a bunch of reviews and reviews of real people, oily bokeh, an ideal lens! Bravo Sigma!

Not a bad product, nothing extraordinary.

this is a working 1.4, in general, absolutely not usable with my 5 As for the bokeh - in my subjective opinion, there is a blur, the glass is not usable on Canon (I have not heard of such a problem with Nikon)

Good quality product, I rate this purchase excellent.

It blurs while focusing on infinity even during the day on the street, and no matter how I attempted to set it up, nothing helps. However, if you focus manually on infinity, everything is sharp. I got this lens with delivery from Hong Kong (I myself live in Hong Kong). I have only so far taken a few test images (focused on the center point) and a few test shots, firing at a target after adjustment.

Pros
  • - Aperture (aperture 1.4 unconditionally and completely functional) - the materials' high quality (holding it in your hands gives you the impression that the lens will last for generations). – sharpness (very crisp at any aperture).
Cons
  • - The autofocus system's performance has flaws.

Great quality, did not expect at all for the price.

I have been using it for 2 years, despite the above shortcomings, I attached an example photo on this gl, as well as a photo of a paint defect on the case. Pros: - Significantly cheaper than an elka with such parameters from Canon -Very nice picture for my eye, excellent contrast, good sharpness at an open aperture -Works without problems in conjunction with EOS R through an adapter, it opens well on its 30 megapixels -Chromatic aberrations are not critical, easily eliminated during photo…

Pros: The lens, one might say, bokeh is very pleasant, it should be said about how it is made: As is customary with Sigma (or Canon . ), in my case, when focusing on distant objects, as usual with us, and "after" the intervention, I recommend purchasing the included USB Dock Station, To take or not to take? Of course, there is a risk of running into problems with focusing, why I rate it 5 Ru/users/vr-connection/album/212119/? p=0 35mm is Sigma.

Pros
  • Excellent design, sharpness from aperture 1.4, good bokeh
Cons
  • Focus problems

The right product for me, the price suited me.

I use a Canon 550D for my photography. When shooting from a distance of 1.3 meters, it is optimal to aim for 1.3 persons. When shooting things, it's best to do so from a distance of between 0.3 and 1 meter. When they got it back, they put it through its paces on a Canon 6D and found that it functioned flawlessly. After that, I decided to convert to a Canon 550D. The attention has begun to be drawn to the front. No reflash was performed. The sharpening is done manually while using live view…

Pros
  • Sharpness, with a pleasing blur. adequate field of view for cropping purposes. You are able to take pictures using the following parameters when shooting under the light of a light bulb: f/1.4; 1/125; iso100. This means that in the dark, it provides an advantage of 2.3 stops, which is very significant for shooting indoors. Nice hood. A dark color was chosen so as not to draw any notice to itself.
Cons
  • Huge weight. If the body of the camera is weak, the best way to hold the system is by the lens; otherwise, the body will bend when subjected to sudden motions or impact. When manually pointing, the scale is too sensitive; it is almost on par with being sensitive to hand movement. The distance scale goes from 0.3 to 0.6 to 1.2 to infinity; it could use a bit more work, but it's not too bothersome.

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

After having used the lens for the past two years, I would like to give my feedback about it. I do a lot of photography, and my go-to focal ratio is 35. The lens, on its own, is shockingly sharp even when stopped down to 1.4, and it has a really nice overall aesthetic. Before that, there were sigma lenses, which were completely outclassed by the competition. Almost half a year into my experience, I was completely content; but, beyond that point, the typical Sigma challenges started cropping up…

Pros
  • This lens from Sigma is exceptional in every way.
Cons
  • The aesthetic deteriorates over time; the design is not the most dependable; there are issues with the 5DM4

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

As I have previously mentioned, there is a significant issue with backlighting. There is one more minor flaw in this glass: when you photograph, for instance, a person in full growth on a fully open one, forget about sharpness; however, if you close the aperture to 2-2.8, the picture will be completely sharp; on in my opinion, this cannot even be attributed to the minuses, the aperture ratio remains very good. The vignetting is not only noticeable, but also really pleasant; it does not detract…

Pros
  • A lot has been discussed down here already! Aperture, sharpness even when the aperture is wide open, picture quality and depth, and strong contrasts! Focus that is both swift and hushed!
Cons
  • At 1.4, it does not hold backlight in any way, and although it will spin to its maximum extent, it will not focus. Maybe I just didn't look hard enough!

Quality is top notch, happy with everything.

Has pros: Great full frame lens. The image quality is not inferior to L-th optics. The same Japanese quality. Has some cons 1 Price. SIGMA caught up with CANON in price. 2 There is only one authorized service in the country.

The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!

Folks, I'm telling you, this is hands down the best lens. The picture is stunning, and its adaptability, high quality, and overall beauty make it the best example I've ever seen of its kind. I am required to perform a great deal of reporting in addition to photographing weddings. As a result of this Sigma, I decided to sell my Elka 24-105 lens because it was gathering dust while sitting in its case. When you reach the age of 35, you will find that it is much easier to photograph groups as well…

Pros
  • artistic picture Constructive A quick and dogged ability to concentrate Ergonomics\sVersatility
Cons
  • Focus accuracy (in certain situations)

Revainrating 4 out of 5

As such, there are no disadvantages, it is convenient to use.

f1.4 in operation Utilized with great care, but mostly through the perspective of a single grain of sand! If there was a way to get it back, I would gladly do so. I am not going to use 35mm on the crop. It didn't go so well with the vet, and because we were in a rush, our attention suffered as a result. I purchased it with a back focus, and because of that, I had to send it from the Hong Kong region back to Hong Kong for adjustment. In addition, I had my Elka and other cameras with me. After…

Pros
  • The working aperture starts at 1.4, the quality of the materials used, the case, the protective cover, the way it lies in the hand, and the weight.
Cons
  • Behind the convex lens, what seemed like particles of dust or sand emerged. Autofocus is not working properly.

Best thing for the money, glad I did it.

I made it through a few trips to other countries while using the lens as my standard lens on the 5d, and overall, I am quite pleased with the purchase that I made. The new Sigma Art line is extremely impressive. The lens has a design and build quality that are comparable to those of Zeiss lenses, and unlike older Sigma models, this one does not have any issues with back or front focus. When compared to the Canon 16-35 2.8 and the Canon 50 1.4 lenses, which I have previous experience with, this…

Pros
  • The image is crisp even when the aperture is set to 1.4, it has accurate color reproduction, nearly no distortion, quick focusing, and a lens hood and bag are included in the package.
Cons
  • At apertures less than 2, vignetting will appear.

Revainrating 3 out of 5

A little bit not what I expected, generally fine.

I was still considering purchasing a 50 1.4 in order to get the right proportions of faces and objects in my photographs. You can take images of oneself at a distance using the phone in a manner quite similar to how you would normally do so. Customers prefer that their images be larger than 35 millimeters by 50 millimeters. Longer-focus optics draw proportions differently, which is why you can't shoot with any phone that has shorter-focus optics. The phone can take pictures with a focus of 35…

Pros
  • Stunning colors and a crisp lens even at f/1.4
Cons
  • When compared to 50mm, there are distortions similar to those seen on a phone. The 35 mm lens distorts faces as well as vertical lines. This is an illustration of the same subject captured head-on by the Sigma Art 35 1.4 and the Sigma Art 50 1.4 lenses.

Excellent product, the best quality.

The fact that the lens did not require any adjustments to be made on the 7D camera was the first thing that pleased the lens. Nevertheless, the 5D Mark III did not agree with the original camera; nonetheless, because in-camera alignment was an option, this did not create a problem. Some users mentioned in passing comments that they noticed the lens did not function in the most optimal way on the 5D Mark III when it came to the side focus points. On my camera, I didn't even notice that this was…

Pros
  • Perfection in Optical Form
Cons
  • I cannot identify any areas for improvement.

When I realized that I intended to shoot in houses and flats, I came to the conclusion that I required a piece of film that was wider than the standard fifty kopeck piece. There were two different lenses to choose from: either the New Canon 24-70mm 2.8 or the 35mm. As there is not a lot of light in the sunny city that we call St. Petersburg, I realized that 1.4 would still be the more appropriate value. After that, there was a decision to be made between Canon and Sigma art. Because there were…

Pros
  • a picture that is bright, crisp, and universally cool.
Cons
  • Only in the event that a marriage occurs will it be blurry when viewed from 0.8 meters away (read why in the comments)
