It also has many filters to narrow down your list of items you may need or want to purchase from the vendor. The software is fairly easy to use, but can take some time to get used to. It does have a learning curve but the training provided by Venta4net was great! Give it a try and see if it's right for you! It helped us organize our orders, keep track of inventory in multiple warehouses, and created an internal document archive for important documents. The ease of integration with multiple devices, such as PCs, Macs and mobile phones is brilliant. It's also very simple to set up and get going. It would be nice if it had more customisation options for branding. There are some things that are not clear but we were able to work around this. We have been able to use our VoIP service for internal communications while still maintaining the traditional phone system for external contacts.
