I really wanted to love this but I can't. I have a very adventurous 4 year old. I rarely use it. Usually all I have to do is pull him out and threaten to use him to keep him close, rather than running away from me on purpose. However, the last time I used it, it showed me something I've never seen myself - EASY Escape. There's a lock, but it's really a fake security, a strap that wraps around the wrist with Velcro. There's no point in a castle. So I would say this can work if you have a child under 12 months. If your child is older, choose a different brand. I'll upload photos as soon as I get the car back from the workshop (bracelets in the trunk). I will buy another brand for us.
