As a parent who is concerned about their child's safety, I was thrilled to buy an infant harness from Twoworld's online store. My encounters with their merchandise, on the other hand, have left me feeling let down. The harness appears to be of poor quality and is not robust enough to ensure the safety of my infant. I immediately observed that the harness was difficult to adjust and did not provide a comfortable fit for my child after I received the product. Despite the fact that I had followed the directions to the letter, the straps still caused abrasions on my child's flesh and caused red marks. Worse yet, the harness did not correctly restrain my child as it was intended to. My child was able to disengage themselves from the safety harness on multiple occasions, which placed them in a potentially dangerous position. I should not have believed that this product would keep my child secure, and I am sorry that I bought it. In addition, when I attempted to address these concerns by contacting Twoworld's customer support, I did not receive a response to my inquiry. It is unconscionable for a business that specializes in children's goods to not consider the health and safety of its customers seriously. When it comes to meeting the requirements for my baby's safety, I will be searching for a brand that is more dependable and trustworthy. In general, I do not think that other parents should purchase infant harnesses made by Twoworld. Both the low quality of the product and the absence of any kind of customer support should serve as major warning signs that cannot be ignored.
