A lot of reviews mentioned it was hard to learn how to use so I almost didn't get it but I'm so glad I got it! The application was not difficult for me from the first time. MUCH easier than trying to curl your hair with a flat iron (I could never master that technique). I like the swivel cord, it heats up quickly and the iron tips don't get hot so you can hold the iron tight. Advice on curling. :) I have medium length hair and I can create beachy waves in 10 minutes. The curls last all day. I love this thing!
