The product description says "removable shelves" but only some of the shelves are removable. A wall in the middle and 2 side walls are fixed. This somewhat limits the size of items you can store in the box. The boxes are not very high quality, but they are ok for the price. Locks and hinges are not very strong and will fail over time.
