The best thing about Upstreamers is that they listen to my thoughts and suggestions.

The best thing about Upstreamers is that they listen to my thoughts and suggestions. As an owner of a business, I have found it difficult to find people who listen to my thoughts and understand the importance of implementing them into the company culture. With Upstreamers, they take my ideas and implement them into their strategic planning.
The biggest plus was having access to a group of very intelligent individuals to bounce ideas off of.
I really liked being able to meet other owners of businesses similar to mine. In particular, this allowed us to exchange information and experiences regarding various issues which were impacting both companies.

This is an excellent software for any organization seeking to improve performance
This means that the process will be much more collaborative as there is always someone else willing to participate.
This platform enables the organization to identify its most pressing problems and prioritize these accordingly to focus on those problems that are likely to have the greatest impact on the organization.
