I couldn't lock it
I'm a person who can understand most mechanical things. But the locking system of this bag confused me. It says to snap the top of the zipper into the lock, but the distance between the zipper and the lock is too small and the zipper pulls are too long to fit the lock. No matter how I twisted or tried to insert the zipper into the lock, it didn't fit. I can open the locking mechanism with my fingernail so I know the lock works. But after trying to get it working for 20 minutes I decided they were going to bring it back.
