This is the best PSU on the market. These are basically rebranded Superflower power supplies, pretty much the best. It delivers perfect, clean voltage with no noise or surges. Also, I use my computer 24/7 so I'm already seeing savings on my energy bills thanks to the platinum rating. The reason you need a good power supply is stable, clean power ensures a stable, fail-safe system. At worst, a cheap PSU will burn your house down, at best, a bad one will result in random and unexpected failures. And I won't even talk about the monstrous efficiency ratings of junk power supplies. I promise you that in just a year you will be giving away the "savings" of a cheap power supply to your local utility company. And it's not a big investment.
