4 trigger switches with 8 speeds and I love them. No more accidental shifting while standing.
I replaced the SRAM rotary switches with a SRAM x.4 8 Speed Trigger and I love them. No more accidental shifts when getting up to walk up a hill. Trek 7300 2005. Installation took about 45 minutes including handles and was fairly easy. This was my first shifter setup but I'm a do-it-yourselfer.
