This is a dual breaker that fits in a slot in a Siemens Q Series panel. As other reviewers have pointed out, delivers he no 240 VAC output. This switch connects to one phase of 120VAC but gives you two circuits. one for 15 amps and one for 20 amps. It was exactly what I needed. My switchboard is full. I had to add a 120V 20A circuit. I used this switch to replace an existing 15A switch. This switch gave me a 15A circuit plus an additional 20A circuit. It works. Installation is easy if you know how to use electricity. The "most helpful positive review" on this site is wrong in its claim that it is a "simple [sic] double throw". These are two single pole double throw switches that fit in the same space as one switch. That's all. The previous reviewer correctly stated that it would not supply a 240V circuit (because it is connected to a single phase in the switchboard). This combination of 15 A and 20 A is not common in large hardware stores. The price of this item on Revain is very good. Shipping with Revain Prime was free and fast.
