Review on Noctua NF A6X25 PWM Premium Quiet by Luxme Johnson

My home computer has seen three or four case fans in the last 18 years, but the Noctua fans I installed this year have made it quieter than ever before. The first installation was to replace the old noisy 80mm fan with a new Noctua fan on the front to blow into the case. It's virtually silent, but I didn't realize I had poor airflow through the case at the time. The power supply fan was not enough to release what the front panel fan was delivering. My CPU cooler isn't very loud, but it was still noticeable. I then installed this 60mm fan in the back with a Y-hub to adjust the fan speeds. Both were installed with Noctua rubber spacers to isolate them from the chassis. The result was excellent! The fans run at around 20-30% and keep the motherboard at around 35 degrees Fahrenheit where it used to be mostly 25-35% and 105 degrees Fahrenheit. In addition, the AMD Wraith CPU cooler fan runs at 20-30% of the CPU temperature. stays in the mid 90s F (35 C), sometimes jumping to 115 degrees F (45 C), with the fan only accelerating for a second or two to drop back into the 90s. I've never seen CPU temperatures below 105 degrees Fahrenheit and fan speeds below 30% with noticeable noise gone. All that was needed was to improve airflow through the computer with fans that are *_nearly silent_*. I have a commercial UPS under my desk with an internal fan that makes enough noise to be noticed. This is the next in my "search for stillness". Noctua fans are the best option in my opinion. Why is it so important that they are an odd color? They are worth their money because they do their job! Oh yeah, did I mention they're *_almost silent_*?.
