Hey all! Even though I don't regularly post reviews, on occasion I will do so to help others avoid making the same mistakes I did. 1) The kit comes with a variety of alternative mounts, but you won't be able to use them unless you first attach the included frame. Why it was not able to make a hole on the body that could be threaded is something that I do not comprehend. 2) Wi-Fi, in general, functions correctly, and it is handy to transfer files directly to the phone; but, if you go more than five meters away from the router, the signal disappears for some reason, despite the fact that it is advertised as being controllable from anywhere in the globe. 3) The battery was exhausted by half after only ten minutes of shooting; perhaps the discharge rate will slow down as the shoot continues and the battery will last longer. When measured against the caliber of the sound recording, all of these flaws are little more than a minor annoyance. You are able to immediately write in the qualities that are not recorded by the sound. Unfortunately, the camera does not have the capability of supporting an external microphone. You will need to undertake voice acting in addition to recording videos and downloading a program that should be complete. The only viable option. It would appear that the manufacturer is not interested in the numerous films that can be found on YouTube demonstrating the completion of an external microphone. If you are confident in your ability to deal with the situation, then you should go ahead and accept the challenge. If not, then we will have to handle it for him. It is not a waste of money to connect a small child to a larger animal, even when doing so will cause the larger animal to become injured. I'm going to give it a shot as a DVR while I'm on lengthy vehicle rides, but the kit doesn't come with a standard car mount.
