Cheap fabric, almost transparent

Runs small. My daughter tried it anyway and the fabric of the upper was so thin and cheap you could see through. The fabric is generally of poor quality. It has that sticky quality, like Velcro, which is a shabby fabric that curls up after a few washes. Keep searching.
