Something really strange is happening with this handle. During operation something rubs in the mechanism and half the time the latch gets stuck halfway. It even happens when I close the door, so it's not entirely clear if the thing is fully locked or not unless I give the door a little nudge and then hear it fully lock. Also, I found it impossible to change the grip because one of the side holes didn't line up with the internal latch and I couldn't push it down. Tried for 30 minutes with no success. Also, the handle feels very loose and wobbles a bit when you pick it up and wiggle it. So strange for a slam lock. These issues seem inherent in the design, which is why I think I'm stuck on this. Not impressed.
