Overall good experience using ActiveCampaign

I like that it is easy to use for marketing automation purposes. It has all of the features we need in one platform. The customer service team was great when they helped us with our questions about the product. We were not able to get some of the functionality working as we expected so there are things we would have liked if we could do them over again but overall this system works well for what we needed.
This software makes managing multiple campaigns much easier than having to create separate ones each time.

Multiple campaign management options available from same interface.
Email & SMS Campaigns can be created directly within CRM module (no third party apps required)
Automated workflow creation very helpful, especially where you want certain actions taken automatically whenever an email or text message gets sent out by your contact database / lead generation tool
Ease Of Use
Very user friendly UI/UXDesign which enables users without technical experience too
