Mine worked great with no problems. I put a few teaspoons of castile liquid soap in mine and filled up the rest with water. I got a decent amount of foam on my first pump. See image. It got better over time as the soap mixed more and lathered better. Not sure what happened to the negative reviews here, if they have since fixed the product or what. But. No problem from my side. Good goods. Unbreakable plastic bottles with tight fitting lids and snap caps. The inner tube extends to the bottom of the bottle so all the product goes inside. The pumps run smoothly and evenly without splashing or sticking. The top of the pump is wide and easy to press with the palm of your hand. It's a decent size for travel or personal use. Mine didn't leak at all. They arrived neatly packaged in a box, with the cylinders individually wrapped in plastic and unscrewed from the top. They were easy to fill without a funnel.
