Not rose gold at all
It's cute, but the color of the foil is definitely not rose gold. My wedding is all rose gold so I have a lot of items to compare besides that color and they are more orange than pink. The durability of the napkins seems to be of high quality, but the color of the foil is generally disappointing. We'll still use them because they don't play a huge role in the overall wedding decor, but I'll just keep them for convenience.
