Review on BugHotel Reservation System by Peter Nobles

I like how easy it was for me as an owner of my hotel to use this software! It's very intuitive (especially if you are familiar with any other computer programs) which makes managing our reservations so much easier than using paper or excel spreadsheets. There isn't anything really bad about bughotels itself but there were some issues we had while setting up their website at first - mainly because they didn't have everything set correctly when initially creating the site. We solved those problems quickly though by contacting support through email directly from within bughotels themselves and getting them resolved right away. If anyone has questions regarding bugs hotels please contact us via e mail and we will be happy to help in anyway possible. The best part? That all guests can now book rooms without having to go into multiple different websites/apps etc. Our guest still love being able to do things traditionally way too just make sure you know what.
