The best part of working with this team is that I get to work in an environment where everyone around me understands how important it is for business success. We use this product daily and have been able to reduce our response time from 2 hours down to 30 minutes. It can be difficult when you are new to the program but there are always people willing to help out. There really isn't anything bad about this software or their customer support department. Keep up your good work! It saves us so much time because we don't spend as much time looking through documents trying to find information.
