Review on 💧 Enhanced Peerless Claymore 2-Handle Centerset P299685LF Faucet by Chef Buntiloy

Exactly the same faucet installed in 2016 I LOVE the high swivel neck design, there are very few faucets like this on the market. But after 4 years the neck of the faucet was leaking - I think there was a long crack. I replaced it with a very similar Moen faucet. I was hoping for a longer lifespan than 4 years. But with Moen I barely lasted 4 days! The cold side suddenly began to work continuously. This is after I paid a handyman to install it! I had only hot water for several months until a plumber installed Peerless #2. Both Peerless and Moen were versions of the Big Box Store. ALL: NEVER EVER EVER EVER BUY BIG BOX SANITATION! Go to Ferguson or your local plumbing store. I bought a Home Depot Moen bathtub spout, the same style that was sold at Ferguson at a slightly higher price, only to be warned by my plumber. The inside of the big-box version was cheap, plasticky, awful. Quite different from the supposedly same Ferguson crane. I sent it back and got Ferguson's version. Well I'm sure there are some things that are the same, from plumbing to a big box, but why take the risk when you don't have to. You save money in the long run. BUT problems. Plumbing stores do NOT come with swivel neck faucets like this one. I searched 4 years ago and now again. They don't exist. And in the end, I decided to work day-to-day, balancing the knowledge that sooner or later this faucet was likely to fail! I'm willing to accept the need to replace him in 4 years for all he has to offer.
