Got 2 of these for the first floor bathrooms. Both went in quite easily and look beautiful. In less than 2 weeks we noticed that the drain flange on both sinks had cracked. I contacted Delta/Peerless and they sent me replacement builds about a week later. I would give them 5 STARS for their outstanding customer service! I have a three hole PITA sink with pedestal that I removed from the wall and pedestal to install. It also allowed me to clean all sides of the sink and pedestal. I don't know how to use tools. After removing the worn and rusted old faucet, which required a hacksaw and some swearing, it was easy to install. I needed a screwdriver and a wrench. Exactly the same faucet installed in 2016 I LOVE the high swivel neck design, there are very few faucets like this on the market.
