Review on 🔀 Maximize Vent Efficiency with Westland VI490D 90 Degree Vent Elbow by Stephen Cernatescu

This elbow is recommended by Westland/Splendide for installing a Splendide washer/dryer in a van. But the washer dryer has a weird plastic sleeve with an internal thread. This elbow is fixed with plastic tape. Good luck trying to keep your elbow when trying to get the machine into place. I called Westland customer service to see if I need a different part or if I misunderstood the usage. In a nutshell. I drilled 2 holes through the elbow collar and into the machine's exhaust sleeve and used 2 short bolts. (One black screw is visible in the photo.) Aluminum HVAC tape was also used.
