Make sure to know what and how you will be mounting because there are pieces sold seperately

Install seems easy enough. The directions and templates were helpful. We got majority of the way done though and realized the mounting bracket we need isn't included. You have to buy it separately. If you offer three different mounting options you should include everything needed for any of the options. Here it is Tuesday and Walmart can have the separate mounting bracket to me on Friday. Seems ok except for the fact that its below freezing where I am and windy and my door to my building won't stay shut.

Pros

Very easy to install. Adjustment screws work well. Spend the $5 more and get the one that will stay open

Cons

The product may not be able to handle high-traffic areas effectively
