I bought this for mouth sticking; yes it is a thing. I have to remember to glue it to some fabric first before putting it in my mouth or there will be too much glue. I use a CPAP machine with a nasal mask (not mouth and nose). I often sleep with my mouth open and have used a chin strap to keep it closed. It was uncomfortable and after a few months it didn't hold up anymore. I find sticking it on the mouth much easier and more comfortable. I don't type horizontally, I make a short vertical cut. So I can still open my mouth even if my nose is blocked. I was very surprised to find that after a while I hardly breathe through my mouth (day and night) and my nose is much less stuffy. There are also several videos on YouTube. I particularly enjoyed the interview that High Intensity Health gave him. At first I was skeptical about this practice. I didn't think he would lock me up and I had a hard time believing that he could do more. i am a convert I sleep better and usually feel more awake in the morning when I'm recording.
