My dentist showed me how to fold the tongue down about 1/8 inch when applying from the bottom up to make a tongue that can be easily pulled out the next morning. It helps keep my mouth closed with my dentures at night and prevents my mouth from drying out which leads to cavities etc. Great product!

Many CPAP users use and love this tape but I found it too tacky as it leaves a residue that is difficult to remove after removal. Many refuse. However, I've read some helpful reviews that suggest gluing to a fabric first to reduce stickiness and possibly make it better. I intend to try this.
