Mycopore did not stick to skin on first application. It was rigid, did not move with the skin, and the edges were raised. As a face tape (because the reviewers recommended its use I decided to give it a try), it was worn at night and was too sticky to the skin, causing the skin to stretch significantly. when removing the tape. Ouch. Compared to more expensive face tapes like Furlesse, it's no comparison. The mic didn't perform half as well as the Furlesse, despite previous reports in favor of the Furlesse, or rather against the Furlesse. The materials of each product have no comparison. The microphone is sticky tape that feels and behaves like paper with glue. Furlesse is clear plastic with no wavy edges. Hope that clarifies the differences.
