The tablet came dead!

In the end they sent me 4 pieces with return etc. 3 out of 4 are dead, won't turn on, won't charge, etc. died. I've been using Astro tabs for years and just wanted to replace one that I dropped and broke. I assume all that are sent to me are refurbished, although this is not stated as such. Luckily I got back what I spent but I'm disappointed. I will no longer buy Astro Tabs.
