Overall, I've been quite happy with this tablet in the short time I've had it. I had to manually reset it a few times and it was more than usable, but it didn't have great battery life. The other day the touchscreen suddenly became unresponsive, which wasn't there before - just some kind of annoying stuck with audio distortion. I tried restarting the tablet and when it turned back on the screen was still unresponsive. Eventually it went into some sort of emergency menu that showed screen…

Rubbish. Don't waste your time. I ordered 3 for my kids. 2 arrived broken. So I sent them back and asked them to send me 2 replacements. They are also defective. So 1 out of 5 is broken on arrival. It's 20%. An unsatisfying score if I've ever seen one.

In the end they sent me 4 pieces with return etc. 3 out of 4 are dead, won't turn on, won't charge, etc. died. I've been using Astro tabs for years and just wanted to replace one that I dropped and broke. I assume all that are sent to me are refurbished, although this is not stated as such. Luckily I got back what I spent but I'm disappointed. I will no longer buy Astro Tabs.
