Overall, I've been quite happy with this tablet in the short time I've had it. I had to manually reset it a few times and it was more than usable, but it didn't have great battery life. The other day the touchscreen suddenly became unresponsive, which wasn't there before - just some kind of annoying stuck with audio distortion. I tried restarting the tablet and when it turned back on the screen was still unresponsive. Eventually it went into some sort of emergency menu that showed screen calibration, so I left it alone for a while. However, it seemed to be taking a long time so I decided to reset it again only to have it not turn on at all. Whenever it was on the charger it just showed the image of the battery flashing red but not charging. I tried all old ways to reset settings but nothing helped. I even tried removing the back cover to see if I could easily remove the battery. I'm not a techie, but it felt very cheaply put together and the battery was taped. The so-called volume and power buttons, which turned out to be cheap plastic pieces, fell out and I couldn't reattach them when I replaced the lid. I had to use a paperclip to access the real buttons because they were pretty deep in the lid and I still wanted to try resetting them. However, real buttons were so cheap that the power button was permanently damaged. The warranty is void of course, not that I want a replacement after all that. Total spend $$$.
