The best things about this dish drainer are its compactness and its sleek black finish. Also a plus is that it fits easily into one side of my divided sink, but I prefer to have it on the sink with the drainboard. There are some design flaws. First, although manufacturer redesigned the drainboard so that there is an indentation in the edge for water to drain out into the sink, the redesign is not effective. The water doesn't drain out because the drainboard is not canted, so the water still sits on the drainboard. Second, the large space on the end of the drainer where the silverware caddy is placed is a problem because: things fall through it if you hang the silverware caddy on the outside of the drainer. Hanging the caddy on the outside is preferable because if placed inside, the caddy takes up a lot of space, reducing the capacity of the drainer to hold dishes.
